Adam Falheimer's questions to Vulcan Materials (VMC) leadership

Question · Q4 2025

Adam Falheimer inquired about the cadence of EBITDA for 2026, specifically whether to expect another Q1 EBITDA decline followed by strengthening, or a faster start to the year.

Answer

Mary Andrews Carlisle, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, advised thinking about 2026 EBITDA based on normal seasonality rather than year-over-year comparisons. She noted that the year-over-year comparisons would look different in the first half versus the second half.
