Question · Q4 2025
Amanda from Morgan Stanley asked about the scope of the current New Jersey Board of Public Utilities (BPU) study initiated by executive orders, any financial impacts contemplated in PSEG's long-term plan, and initial comments on conversations with the two new BPU commissioners.
Answer
Ralph LaRossa, President, Chair, and CEO, stated it is too early to assess financial impacts from the BPU study, and PSEG has not incorporated different regulatory processes into its projections, but expects a beneficial outcome. He noted that initial conversations with the new BPU commissioners have been limited to "meet and greets."
