CFO ToniAnn Sanzone explained that the midpoint of the AFFO guidance range was maintained. The positive $0.02 impact from the Lineage dividend was offset by two timing-related factors: investment closings pushing later in the year and a reduction in expected other lease-related income for Q4, with each accounting for an approximate $0.01 negative impact.
