Bennett, on behalf of Bill, asked about the potential upside for spodumene production at North American Lithium (NAL) now that it has reached steady-state operations, and inquired about expectations for further cost reductions.
Answer
Patrick Brindle, Chief Operating Officer, responded that NAL's sustainable production target is 50,000 to 55,000 tons per quarter. Keith Phillips, President and CEO, added that cash operating costs are improving and should fall below $700 per ton, positioning NAL to be cash flow breakeven or positive in the current pricing environment.
