John Hall (Chairman and CEO, Intapp) stated that the biggest change in NRR over the last three to four quarters, particularly with the enterprise motion, has been the cross-sell motion, complementing strong upsell from more seats. He noted good uptake across the board, with GenAI features pulling the platform, and expressed excitement about the uptake around Assist for Terms and the new Intapp Time Horizon release with GenAI, indicating a consistent pattern of progress as more capabilities are rolled out.
