Inquired about future anchor and small shop occupancy stability, the reason for the Q1 jump in lease amortization, and any updates to other guidance items.
Answer
For the rest of 2024, only two anchor leases expire; one is being extended, and the other is being re-tenanted. Small shop occupancy is expected to remain stable at around 96%. The Q1 jump in lease amortization was due to one expired anchor lease and is expected to normalize. No changes to other guidance items (bad debt, G&A, etc.) are being made at this time.
