Christopher Madison, on for Arjun Bhatia, asked about the drivers behind the increase in net retention to 100% and its expected trend. He also requested an update on the progress and customer feedback for AirDial in Canada since its recent launch.

CFO Shigeyuki Hamamatsu attributed the net retention improvement to lower churn among business users but cautioned it could dip back to 99% in the second half due to the anticipated IWG churn. CEO Eric Stang described the AirDial launch in Canada as off to a 'good start' with a reseller partner and some wins, but acknowledged that more market development is needed to tap the full opportunity.
