Daniela C. R. de Carvalho e Costa asked for an update on the size of the problematic Bombardier backlog, previously stated at EUR 6 billion, given that EUR 1.3 billion of nonperforming contracts were delivered.
Answer
CEO Henri Poupart-Lafarge confirmed that the number of problematic projects has not changed. CFO Laurent Martinez added that the overall magnitude of the challenging backlog is consistent with previous statements and that a similar amount of sales at 0% margin (around EUR 1.3 billion) is expected in H2. The entire backlog is slated for delivery over the next 2-3 years.
