Eric O. Handler's questions to Regencell Bioscience Holdings (RGC) leadership • Q2 2016

    Question

Eric O. Handler of MKM Partners LLC inquired about the drivers of the 2.6% average ticket price increase, given that the high-priced premium format business declined. He also requested an update on the progress of the company's screen reseating initiative.

    Answer

Executive VP, CFO & Treasurer David H. Ownby explained that the ticket price increase was multifaceted. A nearly 8% price hike at recliner locations was a key contributor, which was partially offset by a lower mix of premium format revenue compared to the prior year. The balance of the increase was attributed to standard inflationary price adjustments over the past 12 months. Mr. Ownby also confirmed the company has over 1,000 reseated screens and is on track for 1,400-1,500 by year-end.
