He highlighted the recent profitable sale of the new 200 Della Paolera building, driven by strong market demand. Due to market volatility in Argentina, the company is cautious about launching new projects and has not done so in three years. Recent acquisitions were opportunistic, and their final use is still under evaluation, with no new developments planned for the next year.
