Consumer division growth is driven by strategic investments in people, technology, and value proposition, leading to a 70% year-on-year customer base increase to 1.5 million and ARPU growth from ZAR 90 to ZAR 106. Future growth is expected from continued account acquisition and expanding insurance cross-sell. For margins, the group targets an increase from ~18% in FY25 to over 20% in FY26, with a medium-term goal of 30%. This is supported by expected margin expansion in the Consumer (to >30%), Merchant (to 30%), and Enterprise (to >20%) divisions.
