Jackson Nichols's questions to Zeta Global Holdings Corp (ZETA) leadership • Q4 2024

    Question

Jackson Nichols from KeyBanc Capital Markets, on for Jackson Ader, asked about the political revenue assumptions implied in the 2025 outlook and what portion of total revenue comes from the marketing cloud.

    Answer

CFO Chris Greiner clarified the political revenue forecast for 2025: political candidate revenue is assumed to be zero, while advocacy revenue is modeled at $20-$25 million, a significant increase from $13 million in the previous off-cycle year of 2023. CEO David Steinberg addressed the second question by explaining that all of Zeta's revenue now flows through its single, integrated Zeta Marketing Platform.
