Question · Q4 2025
James Rollinson inquired about the expected timing of delivery and field deployment for the 105,000 horsepower capacity additions budgeted for the current year.
Answer
Clint Green, President and CEO, indicated that most of the new capacity is expected in the back half of the year, from July forward. Chris Wauson, SVP and COO, further clarified that the bulk of the horsepower will arrive mainly in late Q3 into Q4, leading to significant growth in the latter half of the year. Rollinson's follow-up question asked if the continuously stretching lead times for compression equipment are now translating into larger, non-inflationary increases in equipment costs. Green responded that manufacturers typically seize opportunities to increase prices, attributing the extended lead times primarily to Caterpillar engine demand from data centers, and anticipated a potential price increase later in the year.
