Question · Q3 2025
Jamie Weiland from Weiland Management requested a refresh on the H2S wells that were shut in a few years ago in Gabon, specifically asking how many wells were affected, their historical volume per day, and the company's expectations for these wells moving forward.
Answer
CEO George Maxwell recalled that three Eburi wells were shut in around 2014, with the field producing 6,000-8,000 bpd at the time. He noted that 2H has flowed consistently for years, 4H has performed well throughout 2025 within H2S management range, and the upcoming 5H redrill is anticipated to yield strong results from a crestal position. CFO Ron Bain clarified that the production numbers mentioned were gross.
