CEO Urban Forssell stated that competition for HUDs primarily comes from Tier 1 suppliers, but Neonode's solution has a performance advantage over alternatives. He noted that while initial interest is from premium auto brands, a cost advantage could drive adoption in volume markets. Regarding product sales, Forssell acknowledged the weak performance and confirmed the company is sharpening its strategy, shifting capital towards the licensing business, and will not invest indefinitely without a turnaround.
