    CFO Lauri Kearnes clarified that one Sportsman's store is currently operational, with the first 13 pilot locations to be running by May 1, and noted the key advantage is leveraging Sportsman's existing foot traffic. Executive Bryan Ganz added that the main difference between the concepts is that the 13 store-within-a-store locations are dedicated, branded pods with a 'Byrna Genius' on site, while the other 41 locations will feature a simpler product kiosk and utilize existing archery ranges for the shooting experience.
