CEO André Guillaumon clarified that the land sold represented approximately 5% of the portfolio's total area. However, he highlighted that these sales accounted for a much larger portion of the portfolio's value, around 20-25%, because the divested farms were highly appreciated assets located in the Midwest with a higher value than the portfolio average.
