Karen, on behalf of George Notter, asked about the traction in CSG's CXM and payments businesses, whether they are tracking to the 'Rule of 40,' and the reason for the revenue increase in the Asia-Pacific region.
Answer
CFO Hai Tran clarified that the combined CX and payments businesses are performing at a 'Rule of 30-ish' level, which is still very healthy. CEO Brian Shepherd added that both businesses are expected to grow at double-digit organic rates over the medium to long term. Regarding APAC, Tran explained that it is CSG's smallest region, so its results can be meaningfully impacted by small wins or project go-lives and shouldn't be over-analyzed.
