CEO Paul Jacobs explained that the government pipeline includes existing work and newer opportunities, with near-term growth from expanding the Parsons contract to other regions and network build-out. He noted that Globalstar has committed $2 billion to the ITU for network extension, including satellites, and is halfway through, with continuous announcements as different countries come online for ground infrastructure upgrades.
