CEO Luis Raganato explained that improving development returns is one of his three main strategic priorities. He is revisiting the entire development process, from site selection to construction, and plans to implement more sophisticated and innovative tools, such as artificial intelligence, to better estimate sales and manage the process. CFO Mariano Tannenbaum added that maximizing ROI is a top priority for the entire team.
