Asked if quality escapes would have been caught sooner if Spirit were still part of Boeing, and whether this suggests a need for reabsorption or just tighter integration. Followed up on whether the current close collaboration is a recent change.

Management responded that they are now behaving as if they were part of Boeing, with deep integration and restored feedback loops. This is a recent change in behavior, enabled by the MOA which removed financial constraints and allowed for more seamless collaboration.
