Answer
CEO Andy Ransom explained that brand support is currently being funded by shifting spend from paid search to organic channels, with no current plans to increase the overall marketing budget. Regarding integration, he clarified that while the $100M cost saving and 20%+ margin targets post-2026 remain firm, not all branches may be fully integrated by the end of 2026 as the company takes a more measured approach, starting with simpler commercial branches.
