Ryan, on for Aleksey Yefremov at KeyBanc, asked about the magnitude of the headwind from temporary plant consolidation inefficiencies and if this would extend into fiscal 2026.

Chairman and CEO Frank Sullivan explained that while actual closure costs are adjusted out, temporary inefficiencies from production transitions create headwinds that will continue into Q4. However, their financial impact is magnified in the seasonally slow Q3. He noted that once complete, the consolidations will result in a more efficient footprint and better leverage on higher volumes.
