CFO Kevin Entricken stated that the CP & ESG division is currently in an investment mode but is expected to see margin improvement this year and achieve above-group-average margins long-term as its software businesses scale. CEO Nancy McKinstry added that subscription retention remains very high globally, with rates rising into the 90s as customers transition to Expert Solutions, which bodes well for the future.
