CEO Phillip Oldridge confirmed David Oldridge is still a consultant and that the Green Power lawsuit is the only outstanding litigation, which the company is not inclined to settle. He detailed that components currently come from Taiwan and Malaysia but are transitioning to North American sources for major parts like axles, motors, and steel. He clarified that EVT has never been in the forklift business but is a licensed U.S. manufacturer of right-hand drive vehicles. He reaffirmed the 18-month to two-year timeline for one full production line to be operational at the Osceola facility.
