CEO Brian Shepherd stated that CSG does not see direct AI competition in its core monetization business due to its complexity and integrated nature. In CX, the company must be sharper in its value proposition but has not seen a negative impact. CFO Hai Tran confirmed that the combined CX and Payments business remains around the 'Rule of 30' and that they expect some acceleration in the second half of the year.
