COO & CFO Noel Watson confirmed that they expect marketing spend to be relatively flat year-over-year, inclusive of Formation Nation's budget. CEO Jeffrey Stibel added that maintaining a flat combined spend represents a meaningful efficiency improvement. Watson also noted that spend remains dynamic and could increase if the macro environment for business formations strengthens.
