Yen-yu Lin, on for Jim Schneider, asked about the divergence in client behavior and demand between the U.K. and Continental Europe, and whether it was driven by geopolitics or industry mix.

CEO Ravi Kumar S explained that Continental Europe is at an earlier stage of outsourcing maturity, presenting more first-time opportunities, while the U.K. is a more mature market. He noted Cognizant is under-indexed in Europe compared to peers, viewing it as a key growth area. CFO Jatin Dalal added that the U.K. showed strong momentum in H2 2024 and that a recent revenue shift between geographies masked some of the underlying strength, but momentum remains good.
