Mark S. Fogel brings nearly 30 years of experience in commercial real estate finance. He began his career in June 1994 and went on to serve in key roles at General Growth Properties, Forest City Ratner, and Greenwich Group International, among others.

Over the years, his career progressed through significant leadership roles, including serving as Senior Vice President of Asset Management at a publicly traded mortgage REIT valued at $3.5 billion. His expertise was further solidified during his tenure at UC Funds and through the co-founding of ACRES Capital in 2012.

At ACR, he has been instrumental in spearheading strategic initiatives since he joined as President and Chief Executive Officer on July 31, 2020.
