About Edouard Bugnion
Edouard Bugnion (age 55) is an independent director of Logitech International S.A. since 2015; he is a Professor in the School of Computer and Communication Science at EPFL and, since January 2025, Vice President of Innovation and Impact at EPFL (Swiss national). He previously served as EPFL Vice President for Information Systems (2017–2020), co-founded VMware (CTO, 1998–2005), founded Nuova Systems (CTO, 2005–2008; acquired by Cisco), and was VP/CTO of Cisco’s Server Access & Virtualization BU (2008–2011).
