He graduated from Clarkson University with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering in 1988, establishing a strong academic foundation for a career in the semiconductor industry.

His early career includes leadership roles at International Rectifier from 1988 to 2006, where he held various management positions, followed by executive roles as CEO of BridgeCo (2006–2011) and as Senior Vice President and General Manager at SMSC (2011–2013). He also served as CEO of Empower Semiconductor from 2013 to 2015, a role in which he continues to contribute as executive chairman.

Since co-founding NVTS in 2014, he has served as President and Chief Executive Officer and was Chair of the Board of Directors from October 19, 2021 to April 23, 2025. With over 30 years of experience in the power management and semiconductor sectors, his leadership has been instrumental in steering NVTS through various phases of growth and innovation.
