Alain Hilaire

Alain St-Hilaire is the Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate Communications at Fiera Capital Corporation, a leading independent asset management firm headquartered in Montréal, QC. In his current role, he oversees all aspects of human resources strategy, policy development, and organizational culture across the company's global operations, which include Canadian, U.S., and international divisions. His responsibilities have been pivotal in supporting Fiera Capital’s substantial growth, including multiple acquisitions and expansions in diversified asset classes and geographies.
