Katie Fakonas

Katie Fakonas, JD, CPA, is a Principal at ArchBridge Family Office in St. Louis, Missouri, where she manages investments, performs financial analyses, organizes charitable giving, and facilitates next-generation education for several high-net-worth client families. In her leadership role, she coordinates estate planning, tax compliance, and entity administration, and serves on the Trust Committee while also overseeing the firm’s internal training initiatives. Katie’s expertise focuses on multi-asset portfolios, estate and charitable planning, and integrated tax strategies for family offices and complex wealth structures.

Prior to joining ArchBridge Family Office, Katie was a Manager at The St. Louis Trust Company, where she advised affluent families on wealth planning and fiduciary matters, and previously served as a Tax Senior at Deloitte, specializing in federal and multistate tax compliance and planning. Her professional background encompasses alternative investments, family enterprise governance, and cross-generational wealth education.

Katie earned her Doctor of Law (JD) with a concentration in Taxation from Saint Louis University School of Law, where she was elected to the Order of the Woolsack honor society, and holds both a Master’s and Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Missouri-Columbia, graduating magna cum laude. She is recognized for her ability to integrate tax, legal, and investment perspectives into holistic, client-driven wealth management strategies.
