Hua Zhang

Hua Zhang is an Assistant Portfolio Manager at Nipun Capital, L.P., a San Mateo-based asset management firm focused on Asia and Emerging Markets. In this role, Hua supports the development and execution of innovative, institutional-caliber public equity investment strategies, leveraging both fundamental and behavioral insights within a systematic investment framework. Hua is responsible for portfolio analysis, risk management, and contributing to the firm’s alpha generation process, with a particular focus on Asian equities and emerging market opportunities.

Hua’s investment expertise spans public equity markets, with a specialization in Asia and Emerging Markets.
