Mark Livesay

Mark W. Livesay, CFA, serves as Vice President and Portfolio Manager at Capital Management Corporation (CMC) in Glen Allen, Virginia, where he is a key member of both the Investment and Risk Management Committees. As portfolio manager, he is responsible for developing and implementing equity and fixed income investment ideas, managing client portfolios on a fully discretionary basis, and contributing to the firm's research-driven approach to asset allocation.

Livesay's investment expertise spans common and preferred equities, real estate investment trusts (REITs), fixed income securities, exchange-traded funds (ETFs), and mutual funds, with a particular emphasis on US-listed public companies across various sectors, including media, technology, financials, and consumer industries—as indicated by CMC's holdings and filings.
