Miguel Fernando Duenas

Miguel Fernando Dueñas is Managing Partner and CEO at Dimension Capital Management, based in Miami, FL, where he chairs the firm's Investment Committee overseeing all investment and asset allocation decisions for the firm, which manages over $5 billion in assets. He has direct responsibility for guiding the firm's investment strategy, diligence of external managers, and portfolio construction for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients. His current investment focus includes public equities, private equity, alternative investment funds, and multi-asset class portfolios, with substantial allocations to global equities, fixed income, commodities, and major ETFs such as the iShares MSCI ACWI, SPDR S&P 500, and SPDR Gold Shares.

Mr. Dueñas has extensive experience across the alternative investment and asset management sector, having founded GD Capital Partners advising on direct investments in both public and private companies, and previously served on the investment team at Rhone Capital, a New York-based private equity firm, where he sourced and executed new private equity investments in cross-border transactions. He began his career in Mergers & Acquisitions at Morgan Stanley, advising on multi-billion dollar, international deals for institutional clients.

He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, where he earned distinction in the Value Investing Program, and graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and International Business from Georgetown University.
