Blaine Docker

Blaine Docker is Managing Partner at Main Management, LLC in San Francisco, where he also serves as Chief Operating Officer and a key member of the firm's Investment Committee. In this capacity, he leads trading operations for all ETF and option strategies and plays an instrumental role in the development and management of Main Management's investment products, including ETFs and thematic funds. Docker works closely with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional clients, advising on asset allocation, tax and estate planning, risk management, and financing solutions.

His investment expertise spans equity ETF strategies, sector allocation, thematic innovation, and options overlays, with a notable focus on the financials, technology/semiconductors, consumer discretionary, healthcare, and communication services sectors, as evidenced by Main Management's top holdings and sector exposures. Blaine has significantly contributed to the innovation and expansion of Main’s ETF and buywrite product lines, shaping strategic asset allocation frameworks and alternative risk management solutions for diverse client segments.

Blaine Docker holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Colorado Boulder. His career prior to Main Management involved international consulting, including work at Capton Inc. and the U.S. Export Assistance Center, where he advised on market entry and regulatory matters for businesses expanding abroad.
