Robin Sterneck

Robin Sterneck is the President of Sterneck Capital Management, LLC, a Kansas City-based, family-owned wealth management and financial planning firm. In this role, she provides executive leadership and oversees tailored financial strategies, focused on serving high-income and high-net-worth individuals and families. Her expertise encompasses holistic wealth management, financial planning, and fiduciary investment management, grounded in a client-first, fee-only model.

With over 35 years of experience, Robin's career spans senior leadership positions in finance, insurance, and investment banking. She previously held roles as Senior Vice President at Shearson Lehman Brothers, Global Marketing Director and $1B P&L business leader at GE Insurance, and Head of Talent Development at Swiss Re. Her broad experience covers asset management, public finance, insurance solutions, and reinsurance, with deep knowledge in sectors such as property & casualty, life & health, and real estate investment trusts.

Robin holds an undergraduate degree from Trinity College of Vermont and an MBA from Tulane University. She is an independent director and Compensation Chair at EPR Properties (a publicly traded REIT), and is active in advancing board diversity and women’s leadership through roles with Women Corporate Directors and the National Association of Corporate Directors. She is recognized for significant contributions to both investment industry best practices and leadership development across financial and corporate sectors.
