Chris Caldwell, President, CEO & Director, stated that 40% of new wins include their technology, with the majority currently bundled but an inflection point towards more discrete billing expected. He noted stronger traction with the Hero product (agentics, SaaS model) due to immediate benefits and scalability, compared to Hello (fully autonomous, gain share model). He expects the IX suite to be modestly accretive by the end of Q4.
