CEO Matti Shem Tov explained that the new plan has simplified the sales process by removing the complexity of transactional sales, allowing the team to focus squarely on subscription and recurring revenue, renewals, and new business. He noted that the sales organization is very focused and upbeat about performance for the rest of the year and into the next.
