- abrdn Global Dynamic Dividend Fund (AGD) entered into a Distribution Agreement with ALPS Distributors, Inc. and a Sub-Placement Agent Agreement with UBS Securities LLC on November 21, 2025, to facilitate an at-the-market (ATM) offering.
- Through this ATM offering, the Fund may sell up to $25,000,000 of common shares, with sales commencing on November 21, 2025.
- The Fund is prohibited from selling shares below the current net asset value (NAV), exclusive of any distributing commission or discount, and may establish a Minimum Sales Price.
- Effective August 1, 2025, Ruairidh Finlayson ceased serving as a portfolio manager, and Josh Duitz, Martin Connaghan, and Andrew Kohl are now jointly and primarily responsible for the day-to-day management of the Fund's portfolio.
