Atlanticus Holdings Corporation (NASDAQ: ATLC) acquired the Vive Financial credit card receivables portfolio from PROG Holdings, Inc.
Under the terms of the agreement, Atlanticus acquired approximately $165 million in credit card receivables. PROG Holdings received approximately $150 million in cash from the sale.
