Robert S. Keane is the Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman of CMPR, having established the company in January 1995. He has led the organization from its inception and remains at the helm, guiding its strategic direction.

Before founding CMPR, he gained valuable experience as an executive at Flex-Key Corporation from 1988 to 1994, where he was involved in the manufacturing of keyboards, displays, and retail kiosks used in desktop publishing. His prior role helped shape his understanding of customer needs and market dynamics, which has been instrumental in CMPR’s growth.
