Nevada Canyon Gold (NGLD) Company Report

Nevada Canyon Gold Corp. announced additional drill results from the 2025 reverse circulation (RC) drill program at the Lapon Canyon Gold Project.
The drilling significantly extended gold mineralization at Hotspot to the south and east, with highlights including 21.8 g/t Au over 4.6m within a larger interval of 2.17 g/t Au over 86.9 m in hole LC-25-156.
Other significant intercepts reported were 3.35 g/t Au over 64m in hole LC-25-150 and 1.38 g/t Au over 68.6m in hole LC-25-154.
Nevada Canyon has an $5M Exploration Stream Earn-in Agreement for 50% of the Lapon Canyon Gold Project and holds a 3% Net Smelter Royalty (NSR).
Ongoing work includes data compilation, interpretation, and resource modeling to complete an initial NI 43-101 compliant mineral resource on the Project.

Walker River Resources Corp. announced additional assay results from its ongoing reverse circulation drill program at the Lapon Canyon portion of the Lapon Gold Project.
Drill hole LC-24-156 returned 2.17 g/t Au over 86.9 meters, including 21.8 g/t Au over 4.6 meters.
Other significant intercepts include 3.35 g/t Au over 64.0 meters in drill hole LC-25-150 and 2.02 g/t Au over 57.9 meters in drill hole LC-25-146.
The drilling has extended gold mineralization to the south and east of the Hotspot, with gold now found in multiple bedrock units, suggesting the potential discovery of a new mineralized zone.
An initial NI 43-101 compliant mineral resource on the Project is planned following ongoing data compilation and interpretation.
