For Q3 2025, Sunrise Communications AG reported a slight decline in revenue of 1.1% year-over-year to CHF 740.9 million, while Adjusted EBITDAaL grew by 2.4% year-over-year to CHF 270.1 million, and net loss decreased by 76.0% year-over-year to CHF 4.4 million.
The company re-confirmed its 2025 guidance, expecting broadly stable revenue growth (at the lower end of the range), stable to low-single-digit Adjusted EBITDAaL growth, and Adjusted FCF between CHF 370–390 million.
Customer growth in Q3 2025 included a net increase of +20,000 mobile postpaid subscriptions, alongside a net decrease of -7,000 Internet subscriptions.

Sunrise Communications AG has confirmed that the termination of its sponsored Class A ADS program will become effective on November 13, 2025.
Class A ADS holders are strongly encouraged to cancel their ADSs and withdraw the underlying Class A Shares before 5:00 pm EST on November 13, 2025, to avoid the Depositary Bank selling the shares and incurring additional fees.
The termination of the sponsored Class B ADS program has been postponed to a later date due to the shutdown of the U.S. government.
