Eric M. Green

Eric M. Green is 55 years old and has built a strong foundation through his education, holding a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Bethel University and a Master of Business Administration from the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis.

In April 2015, he joined West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. as the President and Chief Executive Officer, and his leadership was further recognized when he took on the role of Chair of the Board in May 2022. His tenure has been marked by strategic operational leadership and the successful management of complex international supply chains, overseeing operations at 50 locations and 26 manufacturing sites globally.

Prior to his role at WST, he amassed over 20 years of executive experience at Sigma-Aldrich Corporation, holding key positions that honed his expertise in global marketing, business development, and international operations. His career reflects a deep commitment to innovation and excellence in healthcare and life sciences, making him a driving force behind strategic initiatives and growth at WST.
