Jeff Pantages

Jeff Pantages is the Chief Investment Officer at Alaska Permanent Capital Management based in Anchorage, Alaska, where he leads the firm’s overall investment strategy and oversees multi-asset portfolios for institutional and individual clients. In this capacity, he focuses on public fixed income, equity, and real assets, managing large pools of capital for clients such as pension funds, public entities, and foundations.

Pantages has built his career in institutional asset management, previously serving as Senior Vice President and Director of Fixed Income and Real Estate at MEMBERS Capital Advisors, where he specialized in fixed income strategies and real estate investments for insurance company portfolios. Prior to that, he was a consultant at Aquila Energy, further deepening his expertise in energy and infrastructure assets.

He holds an MS in Management from MIT Sloan School of Management, an MS in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and a BA in Economics and Mathematics from Simon Fraser University. Renowned for his deep expertise in fixed income, public markets, and real estate, Pantages is a recognized figure in Alaska’s investment community and has been instrumental in shaping fiduciary investment best practices for institutional clients.
