Annie Yuan

Annie Yuan is an Associate at Alpha Wave Global in New York, where she focuses on investments within the technology and innovation sectors. In her current role, she is responsible for evaluating investment opportunities, conducting financial due diligence, and supporting deal execution in growth-stage companies, with particular emphasis on disruptive digital and enterprise technology assets.

Prior to joining Alpha Wave Global, Annie began her career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Houlihan Lokey, where she specialized in financial advisory and M&A transactions primarily across the technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT) verticals. Her analytical rigor and transaction experience have contributed to successful deal closings and strategic advisory projects during her tenure.

Annie holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with concentrations in Finance and Information Technology from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce, as well as a Master in Management degree from HEC Paris through its Grand École program. She leverages her expertise in finance and cross-disciplinary technology to identify high-potential investment opportunities, particularly in enterprise software and digital platforms.
