Joseph Feeney

Joseph (“Jay”) F. Feeney, Jr., CFA, is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Chief Investment Officer of Boston Partners Global Investors, Inc., based in Boston, MA. In this dual role, he leads the firm's overall strategic, financial, and investment operations, with responsibility for portfolio management and research oversight. Boston Partners specializes in value investing, focusing on equity markets across global, U.S., and emerging market sectors, and manages a diverse range of funds for institutional and high-net-worth clients.

Mr. Feeney has been with Boston Partners since its founding in 1995, and previously served as Director of Research and Partner. His expertise centers on applying quantitative and fundamental analysis to uncover undervalued opportunities, using metrics such as price-to-earnings and price-to-book ratios in equity selection. His leadership has contributed to Boston Partners’ growth into a premier investment firm with significant assets under management and recognition for its disciplined investment process.

He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a degree in Business Administration and Economics from the University of New Hampshire’s Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics, and he is a CFA charterholder. Mr. Feeney is recognized for his analytical rigor and substantial contributions to equity portfolio management, particularly within the value and core equity investment space.
