Rob Hellauer

Rob Hellauer is an Equity Analyst at Boston Partners Global Investors, Inc., based in New York, NY, where he serves as a key member of the WPG Partners Small and Micro Cap Value team. In this capacity, Mr. Hellauer focuses on conducting in-depth fundamental research and analysis to identify undervalued small- and micro-cap companies with the potential for significant value realization, leveraging a value-oriented and research-intensive investment approach.

Mr. Hellauer has specialized expertise in the small- and micro-cap sectors, with a strong emphasis on value investing. Prior to joining Boston Partners/WPG Partners in 2020, he was a senior equity analyst at Casey Capital, and began his career at Bain Capital Credit, gaining experience across private debt, private equity, and special situations in both U.S. and international markets.

He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, a BBA in Finance and Economics from the University of Notre Dame, and has further studied International Finance at The Chinese University of Hong Kong and Chinese language at Peking University. Across his career, Mr. Hellauer has contributed to the field through rigorous, actionable research in small-cap equities, consistently seeking to uncover overlooked investment opportunities in evolving business cycles.
